A Re-discover-you session is designed for people who feel overwhelmed or stuck where they are now in life.

This session will bring clarity from fog, simplicity from overwhelm and set you on track again with focused positivity.

Rather than high pressure coaching, this is a thoughtful, structured conversation where you are given the space to speak openly, reflect deeply, and gain insight into the patterns shaping your life.

Many people simply need someone who will truly listen, while also helping them see their life experiences and interactions more clearly.

Having worked with many clients, and held roles in Sydney and London and over the past ten years in NSW Health, her work now focuses on the combination of strategies she has found to be effective; a mix of personality insight, reflective conversation consulting, and practical wellbeing guidance. Her aim is to gently support sustainable personal change in your life.

In the first session your Wellbeing Coach will listen deeply to your story, current obstacles and identify areas to work on.

Following sessions will be easy wellbeing step-by-step guidance towards your goals.

Together we will work on areas, adjusting as we go, with the ultimate aim of fresh clarity and goals met.
